Damages and issues 
In the rare event that your product arrives with any damage or faults, we will replace it at no cost to you, so long as evidence of damage or fault can be supplied within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any damage or a fault with your product and we'll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. 

 

Change of mind 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order.

Returns or refunds are not honoured for change of mind reasons once your order has began production.

How to prevent warping and mould

From time to time, the climate in Australia can cause timber warping or mould to form on certain surfaces, especially in our more humid cities. We do not accept responsibility for damage that is sustained to your product from warping or mould after you have received your product, it is your responsibility to ensure that this does not occur. 

To prevent this from happening after you have received your order, please follow these steps for storage:

 

  1. Check that your order is free of damage once you receive it.

  2. Keep it in a well-ventilated area.

  3. Ensure it is stored in a cool, dry location.

  4. Not exposed to direct sunlight.

  5. Lying or stacked flat (not leaning) and slightly off the ground to prevent water damage.
